Where do you sell products?

We sell to Finland and EU. If you order to Finland, you must use the site in Finnish to get the correct shipping prices.

If you are outside EU, you can still make an order. Use the shopping basket in normal way. When making the order you just choose the "I want an delivery offer" for delivery method and "invoice" as paying method. After we have received your order, we will check if we are able to make the delivery and your shipping costs based on your order. Based on this information, we will send you an order confirmation/invoice, and you can accept it by paying it. Otherwise the deal expires in five days if you don´t pay.

How much does shipping cost?

Horse and pony sulkies and carts are quite expensive to ship. We many different shipping companies to ensure the lowest possible shipping cost for each product and destination. Shipping costs vary by the ordered product/products and shipping address. 

You can view the shipping costs after choosing the method of payment and delivery in the shopping cart.For some destinations the only available delivery method is "I want an delivery offer". In this case you just add the desired products to your shopping basket and fill out therequired costomer information. How long is the delivery time?

Delivery of ordered products is determined by the current stock situation and backlog. Products are manufactured based on customer order and customization after the order has been confirmed. Manufacturing time depends on the product ordered, stock situation and backlog. Therefore we cannot determine the exact delivery time of the products in advance. Normal delivery time is 5-20 business days. Manufacture times may be prolonged by vacation periods and other faults not caused by Aboa Sulky Oy. If delivery is delayed, customers are informed of the matter.
